Welcome To The Team!

Mark Peberdy, the CEO of Comharra solutions would like to extend a very warmwelcome to all new members of staff making up the systems branch of Comharra!

“I’m so pleased to expand Comharra further into a branch encompassing Systems. It’sa very exciting time for us and I look forward to building a happy, healthy andsuccessful working relationship with all the new members of the team!

We work in an open space communal office with all the members of Comharra Solutions and encourage a healthy and happy environment for all our employees!

We like to keep the office space open and relaxed, as Mark believes the best workis done in a happy and healthy environment and that cubicles and isolation arenot the best surroundings to effectively work as a unit! Mark himself likes to be inamongst the rest of the team and has his desk on the floor with everyone else! His experience in coaching American football really hits home that there is no I inteam, and this gives him a real drive and determination to make the spaceinclusive, safe and open minded for all who work with him!

Meet the Media members!

Our current team at Media is made up of Enzo Satera, Marcin Hławaczek and Mark

Peberdy, who collectivley have over 30 years experience within the media industry.

They’ve just recently completed their short film, Bound, for the 48hr Film Competition

and won Best Score and Best VFX!

Mark loves all aspects of film making and really enjoys finding that one really cinematic shot that can make a project!

He has love of American football and coaches the Renfrewshire Raptors in his spare time.

His love of film and animation started at early age with his favourite film being "Who Framed Roger Rabbit". His current goal is to visit Japan and see all that the culture has to offer.

He enjoys the challenge that running Comharra brings but at the same time is grateful that it offers the opportunity to work with friends and like minded people on daily basis and that each day is always something different!

At the early age of 14, Enzo was already busy creating animations that would soon turn into a love of motion arts! He followed in the footsteps of his brother Peter Satera, a 3D animator, who he credits as being his lifelong mentor.

Whist visual creative is his strength, he couples it with a passion for music production where he lends his knowledge through the Comharra Music branch.

His varied skillset makes for unorthodox problem solving and he enjoys seeing his work affect his audience on an emotional level. His aspirations hope to see him create a piece of work that is loved, critiqued and discussed by many people worldwide!

Marcin is a passionate and highly skilled graphic designer and qualified photographer, possessing extensive experience in web design and analytics. "With a strong work ethic and exceptional organisational abilities, I take pleasure in managing my own freelance projects. I am driven by the opportunity to create clean, intelligent, and impactful designs that provide effective solutions for my clients. Furthermore, I take great joy in assisting my customers in cultivating their own brand, developing visually appealing websites, and establishing a distinct visual identity. Beyond my professional pursuits, I am an adventurer at heart, embarking on overland journeys that offer thrilling experiences. These adventures provide me with inspiration and a fresh perspective, fuelling my creativity and enhancing my ability to deliver Senior Graphic Designer: Marcin Hławaczek innovative solutions."

Important Info!

Once you have had your formal introduction by Mark, you should be given a workuniform consisting of a Polo Shirt, Jacket and Hat. You won’t be expected to wearall items of the clothing given to you at all times in the working day but we’dappreciate if you could represent the company to the best of your ability whenout and about and in the office!

As we work in a communal area with the other members of the team we ask that ifyou use any of the crockery or cutlery that you please clean up after yourself andkeep a tidy space that everyone can use.
